These people are great! I placed my order online and they called me to let me know they no longer had the vase shown on their website. He detailed what vase would be used and asked, prior to using it, if I approved. I did. I then asked if they had the blue bear shown in the picture. He actually put me on hold to check, and they had it. He added it to my order and it was delivered same day. They are professional and kind. The recipient was thrilled with what came. :)

I live out of town and based upon reviews I selected Elegant Flowers to send to my great aunt on the passing of her older sister. My aunt sent and also posted a pic of the flowers Amazing!!. Nora the designer created real beauty and the freshest flowers Thank you and will definitely come back for future flowers

I can only say great things about this business. They were so communicative and did such a beautiful job with these funeral sprays. Received so many compliments and questions about where the Elegant Wreath, in particular, was purchased from. Will buy again from here.

First time using Elegant Flowers. Ordered some sympathy flowers. Bobby was helpful. I missed the delivery window for same day, but flowers were delivered the next morning as promised. I like the fact that I received an email confirming the delivery. Will use them again.

Such an easy process…just called directly, said exactly what I wanted. I didn’t exactly pick from the website pictures… I wanted a plant that would last along with lots of fresh cut flowers, and she made exactly what I asked for. It was delivered quickly and my friend just adored it. I will be calling them every time I need flowers in that area!
